Conflict moderation

• Do you currently have no idea how to resolve an existing conflict?

Our conflict moderators create a constructive framework that enables the parties to the conflict to present their views on the problem in an appropriate manner. We work through the underlying issues together in an objective and structured manner. The aim of the joint clarification is to restore an effective working relationship and functioning work processes.

Commission an (online) employee evaluation from us on management behavior or for a general survey of employee interests and employee satisfaction. We accompany you from the first planning step to the presentation and assessment of the results.

Management feedback

• Would you like a personal evaluation meeting after an employee evaluation to compare self-perception and external perception?
• Would you like a snapshot of a specific issue?
• Do you manage fewer than 15 people and would like constructive feedback on your impact as a manager?

Our coaches ask your team about the key issues. We then support and moderate the workshop in which you can discuss the feedback results with your employees. We support the team in determining the next steps and accompany you in implementing the feedback in your day-to-day management.
