Anger happens—even to good parents

Topic:

Many parents believe they must always react calmly, understandingly, and in a controlled manner. But anger is a natural part of being human—even within families. In this workshop, which is structured as group coaching, you’ll learn to find a healthy, honest, and child-friendly way to deal with anger.
The group coaching session provides a space to share experiences and discover new ways together to accept anger without feelings of guilt and without the pressure to be perfect. This will help you deal with your feelings and those of your children in an authentic and calm manner. Anger is a natural part of life—let’s work together to understand and embrace it with respect.
