Feel-good place and educational space in Bonn

We look after children from the age of 4 months until they start kindergarten. We are currently cooperating with the Deutsche Post DHL Group, Deutsche Bank AG and the University of Bonn and offer 10 places (45 hours) for families from the district.

We work in a partially open concept: the children can be in their home group or freely choose rooms and activities on their floor. The rooms are designed in a child-friendly way and offer a variety of opportunities for discovery, experience and learning.

Once a week, there is an activity with our music teacher. She introduces the children to various instruments and encourages them to make music themselves. This promotes their musicality and creativity as well as their self-confidence.

There are many varied playgrounds around our facility as well as the Rhine floodplains. On our walks, the children go on a discovery tour and gain a variety of social, motor and nature education experiences.

We support the children in expressing their needs and wishes. Participation and co-determination in decisions and processes ranges from daily table setting to the design of the rooms and rules in everyday group life.

At lunchtime, the adjoining rooms are transformed into cozy sleeping areas where all children can find their own space - whether on a cushion, in a sleeping basket or in a cradle.
