We work in an open concept, which encourages the children to discover and grow independently. Our educational approach is based on Pikler's pedagogy as well as lots of movement and creative freedom.

In our childcare center , we place great value on participation and a needs- and situation-oriented approach. We give the children the opportunity to pursue their interests freely in different rooms.

We give children a good foundation for self-determined, competent and creative use of digital media. We use digital media such as the iPad as a means of designing, documenting, researching, observing, presenting and reflecting.

We regard parents and guardians as experts on the child and treat them as equals. Continuous exchange through development discussions and informal meetings is important for our educational work.

With our protection concept, we safeguard the children's right to a non-violent upbringing. We offer children a safe environment in which to learn, discover and play. We strengthen the children in their rights and support them in standing up for them.

Our childcare center invites children to exercise. Even in the corridor, the children have access to various movement elements. Our movement room is equipped with various Pikler devices, which we use to promote the children's motor development.

Our lovingly designed rooms offer new stimuli and allow the children to experience a variety of educational areas. These include, for example, a movement room, a studio, a research and work room and a role-play room.

Our spacious, varied outdoor area invites children to move, explore and play. Excursions to the forest, the playground or the surrounding area take place regularly.
