Angelina Boerger
A carnival in her head
Exclusively on June 24, 2026, at
from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
When Angelina Boerger was diagnosed with ADHD at nearly 30, her “differences” suddenly made sense. In her talk, she speaks personally, humorously, and with brutal honesty about what ADHD means in everyday life: navigating creative highs, sensory overload, and exhaustion.
She shows the strengths inherent in neurodivergent thinking when they are recognized and supported: focus in enthusiasm, extraordinary ideas, empathy, and unconventional problem solving. At the same time, she does not hide the downsides: prejudice, stigmatization, and discrimination, which can lead to a long period of suffering, misdiagnosis, and serious health consequences.
Angelina Boerger encourages us not to view neurological differences such as ADHD and autism as “wrong” or “broken,” but rather as natural variations of human diversity.
