Further training in first aid Mental health
In our "Mental health first aid" multiplier training course, participants are trained to become competent first aiders in psychological emergencies for themselves and those around them.
We train participants to recognize mental stress and understand the development of mental health conditions. With an emergency kit of first aid measures, practical guidelines and helpful methods and tips, first aiders can support those affected efficiently and empathetically.

Anxiety disorders
Addiction
Burnout
Self-care and mental hygiene
Participants receive a material package with practical tools. Following the training, you will receive a certificate of successful participation.
