Strategic introduction of the BGM process

We help you to set up sustainable, health-promoting processes - tailored precisely to the needs of your company and your employees.

As-is analysis for tailor-made measures

Before you can fully implement occupational health management in your company, we use an as-is analysis to determine the status quo in your company.

Whether with a mental health risk assessment, an absence structure analysis or an employee survey - with the help of our analysis tools, you can identify stumbling blocks, work out steps for change and develop health-promoting measures in your company.

Evaluation and optimization

All OHM measures are regularly evaluated according to their benefits and further possible fields of action are identified. We advise and support you in this process and help you to continuously develop your OHM.

With our expertise as Germany's largest EAP provider, we enable tailor-made solutions that go beyond typical OHM, such as childcare, care for relatives or crisis counseling.

Support from BGM experts

All steps of your individual OHM process are expertly accompanied and evaluated by our OHM experts.

In seminars, training courses, specialist lectures, workshops, consulting workshops, individual in-house activities and exercise courses, our health coaches impart their specialist knowledge on topics in the fields of physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and addiction. They work holistically according to an innovative mind-body & soul approach.

Supplementary measures for teams and leadership

In 1:1 mentoring sessions and group coaching sessions, we use a solution-oriented approach to develop individual measures to support your employees with mental stress, physical complaints, nutritional issues, addiction risks and preventative measures for a sustainably healthy life.

Our extensive portfolio of health-promoting measures, such as live exercise courses, specialist lectures, e-learning, the Mindance app to strengthen mental health or EAP advice, has the right solution for every individual need.

Women (Part 8): The menopause and the dear weight

Topic:

For many women, the menopause is a challenging time when one stage of life ends and a new one begins. While the hormone balance changes and symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings and digestive problems occur, weight also seems to increase unintentionally.

In this presentation, you will learn how conscious nutrition can positively influence this transitional phase. You will receive practical nutritional tips on how to avoid weight gain and increase your sense of well-being. We will also look at the role of exercise, sport, stress management and sleep in providing the body with the best possible support. The aim is to provide participants with sound information and practical tools to cope with the menopause in a healthy and confident way.

This talk is part of our series on #women's health. The speaker is Giannina Schmelling, nutritional therapist (M.Sc) and certified nutritionist.
