Giving feedback, but how?
"Actually, I'd like to say that, but I'm afraid of offending him...", "I can't tell her that she's being abusive...", "Should I confirm again that she did a good job?" - Do you know such thoughts?
Giving feedback is part of our everyday professional and private lives. But how can I best do this in a way that the other person can not only hear well, but that also corresponds to what is actually at stake for me?
With non-violent communication, we have a tool that can help us to translate judgments and evaluations and get to the heart of what moves us. You will find out exactly how this works in this lecture.
We will also take a look at the difference between praise and appreciation and why the latter can make a much greater contribution to the person receiving feedback than praise.
