Puberty - Calm through stormy times

The door bangs, music blares and teenagers often respond with "I don't care"? Welcome to puberty!
As parents, you want to provide your growing children with good support during this challenging phase. But in everyday life, there is often little time to find answers to the many questions. Teenagers don't have it easy - and they don't (always) make it easy for those around them.
In this group coaching session, you will learn what you can do as parents to stay in touch with your children and provide them with the best possible support in coping with their developmental tasks. We will explore these questions in two sessions, with brief theoretical input and the opportunity to bring in your own case studies.
We invite you to share your questions and challenges and exchange ideas with other participants.
