There are always two sides to communication, namely the sender as the transmitter of a message and the receiver to whom the information is addressed - according to the common communication models. But how does good communication succeed "at eye level"?
Metaphorically speaking: "When both parties are "the same height"." In a figurative sense, it is about a perceived equality in the conversation situation.
