Post Covid – Energy spoonfuls and anti-crash traffic lights
Our presentation is aimed at individuals living with Post-COVID/Long COVID and ME/CFS who are still able to take proactive steps for themselves, as well as their loved ones. Together, we’d like to explore the method known as “pacing”—currently one of the few strategies that can lead to greater long-term stability and a noticeable improvement in quality of life.
You’ll receive practical tips and suggestions on how to use proven energy management tools in a way that works for you. We’ll show you how to better assess your individual energy levels each day and which techniques support pacing so that it can be successful. At the same time, we’ll speak openly about the limitations of this method.
Let’s find ways together to mindfully manage your energy and regain a better quality of life. We look forward to connecting with you!
