"No, not today!" - Appreciate and protect your own boundaries

How often have you heard yourself say "yes" even though you had hardly any strength, desire or capacity? Do you generally find it difficult to respect your own boundaries because you are afraid of disappointing others? Do you sometimes ask yourself what else might be behind the fact that you find it difficult to say "no"?
Group coaching gives you the opportunity to give yourself more space by focusing on your needs and to explore what sometimes stops you from standing up for yourself. Strategies for doing this more will be discussed. We use peer counseling to share both the good reasons why we say yes and the parts of us that actually want to encourage us to distance ourselves. Here you can focus on your own interests so that you can then represent them more confidently to the outside world.
