Prof. Dr. Dietrich Grönemeyer

The physician is one of Germany's best-known doctors and holder emeritus of the Chair of Radiology and Microtherapy at Witten/Herdecke University. For decades, he has been committed to health education and prevention, which is important for a long and healthy life. He is a passionate advocate of world medicine, an integration of natural and conventional medicine. In 1997 he founded the Grönemeyer Institute for Microtherapy in Bochum, later in Berlin, Cologne and other cities. He has written numerous bestsellers, which have been translated into around 20 languages. Photo: Laura Möllemann
In his keynote speech, Prof. Grönemeyer shows how we can understand fear and use it productively to find inner strength and joie de vivre in difficult times.

Miriam Höller

The power woman is known from "Germany's Next Topmodel" and as a presenter on "GRIP - Das Motormagazin". She worked accident-free as a stuntwoman for over 10 years until she injured both feet during a stunt in 2016 and had to give up her dream job. Just six weeks later, the love of her life died in a helicopter crash. Despite these strokes of fate, she fought her way back to life. As one of Europe's top keynote speakers, she encourages people to use every crisis as an opportunity. In 2025, she published her book "Life is unfair. Dr. Pop

Dr. Pop is a German music cabaret artist, stand-up comedian, presenter, author and musicologist. He gained fame through his own television show on RBB, appearances in cabaret and comedy television shows, his weekly radio column "Dr. Pop's Tonstudio" on radioeins and as the author of various books such as "Dr. Pop's Musical Consultation Hour" 2021. Characteristic of his work: he analyzes and satirizes music-related phenomena of culture and society and presents them in the form of satirical columns, songs and videos. Photo: Marvin Ruppert.
In his comedic performance, Dr. Pop shows the positive effect of music on the health of the individual and society as a whole.

Laura Fröhlich

Laura Fröhlich is an author, expert and speaker on the subject of mental load. She studied German literature and history in Constance and Vienna. Her new book "Family as a team" was published in March 2025. This was preceded in summer 2020 by the guidebook "Die Frau fürs Leben ist nicht das Mädchen für alles" and the workbook published in April 2022. She gives talks and workshops in which she demonstrates strategies and concepts for reducing mental load and sharing care work equally. Laura Fröhlich lives with her family near Stuttgart.
Laura Fröhlich shows how we - whether parents, single parents or the good soul in the circle of friends - can rock mental load and reduce stress in everyday life with smart organization and fair care work.

Michèle Penz

The expert in occupational health management is the head of pme Health and a systemic coach. With her experience, she supports companies in developing and implementing effective programs for individual health promotion. Her main focus is on stress prevention and dealing with emotional challenges in everyday working life. As a sought-after speaker, she shares practical strategies that help both managers and employees to overcome professional challenges in a healthy way. Her holistic approach combines scientific findings with simple, practicable solutions for a healthy working life.
