Compassionate Communication with Children – Connected to myself and to you
Would you like to find ways to listen to your child better and understand what is important to them?
Parenting is a challenging balancing act between taking your own values and expectations seriously and considering your children’s needs, which also need to be heard and acknowledged. Our daily lives are often so busy that we find it difficult to even recognize our own needs, which makes it all the more difficult to express them to others and reconcile them with what our children expect and need.
In this group coaching session, you will gain an overview of how nonviolent communication, as developed by Marshall Rosenberg, can help us better understand both our own needs and those of others, and learn to communicate more clearly what is important to us. By discussing your practical examples, we will support one another in learning how to stay more connected to our loved ones even in difficult situations.
