Diversity as a resource

Topic:

We deal with the positive attitude towards the task of considering cultural diversity in learning and educational situations in everyday pedagogical life in child day care.

We use selected occasions in everyday pedagogical life in which we encounter cultural values and norms and explore the question of how you can create a culturally sensitive and diversity-conscious interaction with children and parents.

To this end, we will develop ideas for a prejudice-conscious attitude for your everyday work in child day care over 3 evenings in several modules based on the "Fit for Diversity" curriculum.

We will take a closer look at how you can implement these ideas in your educational work with children and in your cooperation with parents.

You will also reflect on your prejudice-conscious attitude in dealing with cooperation partners.
