"Careful, there's a crunch here." - About dealing with difficult people

Topic:

Some people cost us a lot of energy. At work, but also in our private lives. The first reaction is often: just keep your distance! But it's worth looking at what's going wrong and how we could deal with difficult people. Then it will be easier to decide whether we want to build bridges or set boundaries in future.

In group coaching, you will learn how to stay in contact, reduce tension and protect yourself. You will be given practical tools and questions to help you recognize what bothers you about others, use your own anger emotions constructively and use communication techniques to defuse conflicts. We differentiate between how to deal with demanding colleagues, emotional private contacts or political disputes. You are welcome to bring your own questions and examples to practise dealing with challenging people.

The coaching takes place in a small, confidential setting on two dates.
