Leadership in the area of conflict between employee welfare and company interests

Topic:

This group coaching is aimed at middle managers who navigate a complex field of tension on a daily basis: between employee development and company goals. We offer you space for reflection and development in order to master this challenge with confidence.

Module 1 sheds light on your leadership role. You will discuss the tensions and typical conflicts of objectives. Through reflection exercises, you will sharpen your understanding of expectations and your own values and develop initial options for action.

Module 2 offers tried-and-tested tools and methods for more balance. One focus is on solution-oriented discussion techniques for communicating in an empathetic and goal-oriented manner. In case work, we develop solution strategies together and benefit from peer feedback. Goal: concrete options for action for successful team leadership and the achievement of corporate goals.
