How much sex does a happy and healthy relationship need? This question comes up again and again. In the beginning, during the infatuation phase, you can hardly keep your hands off each other. But slowly but surely, everyday life creeps in, even for the most amorous couples: less and less sex and caresses, but more conversations about work, unfinished washing up or socks lying around.
At the latest when one of them no longer feels their needs are being met, it's time to find a solution together. Because even if sex is not everything in a relationship, it is an important cornerstone for a loving partnership.

In this talk, you will learn the differences between male and female sexuality, what sex is actually good for and how you can bring more momentum back into your relationship if necessary.
