Mental load refers to all the invisible organizational tasks that need to be completed in order for everything to run smoothly.
In this group coaching session, we take a closer look at family life and the mental load of women and mothers. We can actively take measures to combat this "invisible burden in our heads"!
In addition to knowledge impulses, we will examine your very personal challenges from different perspectives in an active, moderated group discussion.
We focus on swarm experiences and a variety of solutions - together with the other participants, you will develop ideas on what your individual way out of the mental load trap could look like.
After the event, you will also have the opportunity to arrange 1-2 individual coaching sessions with the speakers and life coaches Anke Polowy and Ute Falkner.
