Yes. Each company and each relocation case has a designated contact person who coordinates the entire process and is available to answer any questions.

Our relocation consultants, who operate nationwide, provide practical support on site, for example with visits to government agencies, viewings, or finding accommodation.

This ensures that the process remains personal, efficient, and clearly structured, from the initial inquiry to a successful start in the new place of residence.

The authorities provide support to ensure that everything runs smoothly before and during the onboarding process.

EU citizens are assisted with registration formalities and visits to the authorities. This includes, among other things: registration with the authorities (residents' registration office), information on re-registering vehicles brought with them, and instructions on how to claim child benefit and what documents are required for this.

We support your employees in their search for new accommodation. After an initial detailed consultation (by phone, web meeting, or email), our consultants begin searching for potential apartments or houses, review the lease agreement, apply for internet and telephone connections, and register the new apartment with gas, electricity, and water suppliers.

The program is suitable for employees and/or potential candidates who have not yet lived in Germany. They will receive an overview of living conditions, costs, and their new living environment. Your employees will be accompanied by a consultant who can answer individual questions.

We obtain three quotes (for tradespeople, gardeners, painters, and furniture transport), etc., supervise the renovation work, accept the tradespeople's work, and check the invoice. For furniture transport, we also organize the moving date.
