Support from the authorities ensures that everything runs smoothly before and during the onboarding process.

EU citizens are guided through the registration formalities and dealings with the authorities. This includes, among other things: Registration with the authorities (residents' registration office), information on re-registering any cars you bring with you and instructions on how to receive child benefit and what documents are required.

We support your employees in their search for a new home. After a detailed initial meeting (by telephone, web meeting, e-mail), our consultants will search for potential apartments or houses,check the tenancy agreement, apply for an internet and telephone connection and register the new apartment with utility companies for gas, electricity and water.

The program is suitable for employees and/or potential candidates who have not yet lived in Germany. You will receive an overview of living conditions, costs and the new living environment. Your employees will be accompanied by a consultant who can answer individual questions.

Your employee is not moving alone, but with a partner and even a child? We are also happy to advise partners in their job search and support them in preparing application documents or finding suitable training measures and German courses. Which bank and which health insurance company is the right choice and how does online banking and EC cards work here in Germany? Our customers receive information about banks and the German healthcare system and health insurance companies (costs, benefits, accounts, contact). We help them open a bank account and advise them on their choice of health insurance company.

We obtain three quotes each (tradesmen, gardeners, painters and furniture transportation) etc., monitor the commissioned renovation work, accept the tradesmen's work and check the invoice. We also organize the removal date for furniture transport.
