Support HR and managers with offers of assistance

We support and advise your HR department and managers in planning the support services in your company/organization after extreme events such as the sudden death of a colleague by suicide or an accident at work.

We attach particular importance to tailor-made offers and assistance in the aftercare process, as employees can be affected in different ways and therefore need different types of help.

Individual consultations and group discussions with teams

Within the first few days after the event, PSNV experts conduct interviews with the affected employees at a pme Familienservice location or at your company. We plan the exact location together with you. We can be reached immediately by phone and video.

You can find our locations in all major cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Munich, Stuttgart, etc.

Psychoeducation of the affected employees

PSNV consultants from pme Familienservice explain to affected employees what psychological and physical effects can arise after extreme traumatogenic events - how they can better cope with them so that no long-term or even chronic stress occurs ("Why do I feel the way I do right now?").

Assessment in relation to post-traumatic stress disorder

Depression, deep despair, hopelessness and even fatigue can be the consequences of a traumatic experience. If the stress lasts for more than four weeks, post-traumatic stress disorder (P TSD) can develop. If the symptoms persist for more than three months, it is referred to as chronic PTSD.

In a detailed consultation, experts will ask about the symptoms and possible risk factors

Offers for psychosocial support

Re-traumatization, experiences with suicide, high stress levels at work, bereavement of family members: We advise and support your employees in the event of additional stress that can be exacerbated by extreme events.

Support in the search for a psychotherapist/clinic

If necessary, we look for a therapy place for affected employees with a psychotherapist or in a clinic, as the search can normally be very time-consuming and represents an additional burden for those affected.

Personal availability of the crisis counselor

In the first few days after an extreme event such as the death of a colleague or a scourge, personal crisis counselors are there for those affected.

24/7 hotline 365 days a year

With the anonymous 24-hour hotline for psychological help, you can support your affected employees even beyond the first few days after the extreme event. The hotline is available around the clock, 365 days a year .

Your employees will be advised exclusively by experts from pme Familienservice with an additional qualification in systemic solution-oriented counseling.
