"Bronze" Swimming Course for Advanced Swimmers

The course consists of 5 days of 100-minute swimming lessons in a private pool. Afterward, the children have lunch together and return as a group to Stalburgstraße.

The course is intended for children who have already earned their Seepferdchen badge.

The ability to swim breaststroke using both arms and legs is required!

If your child meets the following requirements at the end of the course, they can earn the Bronze Badge immediately:

• Dive from the pool edge and swim continuously for 15 minutes. At least 200 m must be swum, including 150 m breaststroke and 50 m backstroke. The change in swimming position must occur while swimming without holding on.

• Dive to a depth of approx. 2 m and retrieve an object from the water’s surface.

• Dive from a height of 1 m or perform a starting dive.

• Knowledge of swimming pool rules.
