Alexa Ahmad has been with pme Familienservice since 1993. She has been the sole managing director since 2008.

In 1997, Alexa Ahmad introduced the first Au-pair. In 1999, she opened the first childcare center for exceptional cases (emergency care) in Europe, the "Kids & Co. Back-up" in Frankfurt/Main in cooperation with Commerzbank.

Following international coaching training, Alexa Ahmad also set up the first German company-based EAP hotline for employees in difficult life situations.

​What was before the pme Familienservice?

Alexa Ahmad began her professional career by training as an office administrator and then studying business administration. She initially accompanied various construction projects in Germany and abroad.

She then supported organizations in change processes in a leading German management consultancy. From this, she initiated her own change process with training as a state-approved educator and a postgraduate degree in social pedagogy.

More than CEO - The personal

Alexa is the mother of a grown-up son and is a passionate hobby farmer near Frankfurt am Main. She develops her own poultry breeds and breeds sheep and goats.
