Once our thoughts start spinning in loops, it's often not so easy to get off our mental merry-go-round. On the contrary: we jump from one catastrophic thought to the next and are soon in the middle of the jungle of brooding. We imagine the worst and block ourselves in the process.
In our group coaching session, you will first learn in a short impulse talk how you can create distance from your thoughts and how relieving it can be to stop the carousel of negative thoughts. We will then exchange ideas and provide mutual support. You will learn how to get out of your thought spirals and at the same time we will build up new, helpful thoughts that will strengthen you and help you move forward in your everyday life. In a trusting environment, we share our own insights and benefit from the knowledge of the group!
