Sometimes we lose sight of the beautiful and positive things in life. We let ourselves be overwhelmed by anger and negative thoughts and overlook what is actually going well. Studies show that happy people are healthier and have positive social relationships that increase their well-being. Happy people are also more effective and successful at work. This raises the question of how we can focus more on the positive in our everyday lives and be more aware of this.
