In this group coaching session, we look at how the relationship with our parents can grow up.

How can adult children set themselves apart when elderly parents are still involved in their lives for a long time? Do children owe their parents something or vice versa? How can we support our parents as they grow older? How can we deal with a strained relationship with our parents that cannot be changed?

With the help of examples from families, facts from psychology & simple exercises and reflection questions, you will get an overview of where your relationship with your own parents stands.
