Men (Part 3): Quick nutrition for men
Can testosterone levels be influenced by diet? Are pumpkin seeds really good for the prostate? Is intermittent fasting really necessary? And which nutrient supplements are useful? These and other questions will be answered in this lecture. It will look at specific nutrients that men are often deficient in and that can help them to gain more energy in everyday life.
The focus is on approaches that can be easily integrated into everyday life. There are numerous practical tips, quick recipes and recommendations for healthy snacks.
