My Inner Team: Making Clear Decisions

In communication, we not only deal with the team we belong to or lead, but also with our "inner team." Only when I have "everyone together" and united inside can I react clearly, authentically, and appropriately to the outside world.

In group coaching, we use Friedemann Schulz von Thun's Inner Team model to search for the voices within us that argue very differently when it comes to decisions and assessments. The aim is to give these voices a name and a place at the negotiating table so that we can make sustainable and authentic decisions.
