If you've heard these phrases said about your child, it may be that your child is one of the 20-25% of people who are highly sensitive. These people process stimuli—whether internal or external—more intensely than people with normal sensitivity. Highly sensitive children often have a strong sense of justice and can react sensitively to violence in stories or films.
In this lecture, you will learn about these and other aspects of the highly sensitive constitution, especially in children, and gain a better understanding of why your child ticks the way they do. We will explain what highly sensitive children need and how we can best support them. Another focus will be on the opportunities and strengths associated with the highly sensitive constitution.
