Focus on Fatherhood – Your Questions, Your Discussion

Expectant and new fathers are facing major changes: pregnancy, a new role as a partner, and the responsibility for a new life. This group coaching session creates a safe space where you can share experiences with other fathers and address important questions.

You’ll learn how to make the most of the pregnancy period to prepare, how your role as a man and partner is changing, and what opportunities this holds. You’ll learn how to be present and supportive for your child from the very beginning while also taking good care of yourself.

In the group, you’ll discover that you’re not alone with your questions and challenges. Exchanging ideas with other fathers gives you confidence, new perspectives, and practical knowledge for this transformative phase of your life.

The group coaching is aimed at expectant fathers and new fathers with babies up to one year old.
