You are invited to recognize these quiet signals and strengthen children's resilience in a targeted manner. You will gain an insight into current research findings on child resilience and look at important everyday situations from the perspective of both the loud and the quieter children.

We will work together on cases to develop concrete implementation aids that you can apply directly in your daily practice. We will also reflect on how we deal with challenging situations to ensure that all children receive the best possible support.
