Non-violent communication in care situations
The course "Non-violent communication in childcare situations" teaches the basic principles and techniques of non-violent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg. The aim is to communicate with children, parents and colleagues in an appreciative and empathetic way. Participants learn how to send clear messages while at the same time recognizing and respecting the feelings and needs of the other person. Practical exercises show how conflicts can be recognized and resolved at an early stage without tensions building up. The event offers space for exchange and reflection on one's own communication style and provides helpful impulses to promote an open and trusting atmosphere in care situations.
A certificate of attendance for 3 teaching units will be issued for this event upon successful completion of the course.

Which e-mail address should I use?
If possible, please use your work e-mail address, as this will speed up the processing of your booking request.
