At the Knirps colliery, children aged 6 to 12 can immerse themselves in the exciting world of mining. Equipped like real miners, we go on a discovery tour underground: there are mysterious passages, exciting stories and thrilling machines to discover. The kids learn what life was like for miners in the past and what coal mining meant. A day full of history, amazement and adventure!
