During this event, participants will experience how they can gradually strengthen their own sense of humor through practical exercises. You will receive tips and tricks that you can use immediately at work and in everyday life to achieve more lightness.

Humor trainer/humor coach Kirsten Hänle invites you to get to know the opportunities and benefits of humor as a resource at work and in everyday life. During this event, short theoretical impulses will be given to inspire you. Participants will have the opportunity to try out various humor techniques and methods in practical exercises. We work with concrete case studies from the participants' everyday lives.

It is not necessary to be particularly funny or witty for this event, but rather open-minded and curious.
