This specialist lecture deals with tensions and conflicts in everyday working life. These often arise when different interests, approaches and behaviors of team members clash. These differences are often seen as something incompatible and problematic. Our speaker invites you to take a new perspective and recognize the quality of these differences and find out how they can be used profitably in the team. During the presentation, you will learn which different
team personalities exist, what their characteristic traits and strengths are, but also permissible weaknesses and how they complement each other. In addition, the speaker will introduce you to relevant theoretical models and provide you with practical exercises that you can use directly afterwards with your team to overcome prevailing tensions in your team.
