The older we get, the more aware we become of our own limitations and finiteness. This also applies to everyday working life. Developments are rapid and we can no longer and no longer want to keep up with every innovation at top speed.
Questions arise that we want to address in this counseling workshop:
Am I satisfied with my current professional situation? Can I and do I want to carry on as before?
What will change for me as I get older - and are there any issues that are important to me right now in my life?
How can I use my experience and expertise, both personally and professionally, in the final stage of my professional life and pass it on to the next generation of employees and colleagues?
