Topic:

You will work together with AD(H)S parent coach Sabina Pahlke. We will focus on your challenges and at the same time offer you input on specific topics relating to AD(H)S symptoms: for example, how to organize homework, everyday things such as shared meals or dealing with behavioural originality. Take the opportunity to actively address your issues or simply benefit from the exchange with other parents. In 3 sessions, you will have the opportunity to try out changes and discuss the results.

For reasons of confidentiality, the format will not be recorded. Live participation is therefore required.
