Smooth Beginnings - Helping Your Child Transition to Day-Care

The transition from family to a day-care center is big step for children, especially in their first 3 years, and it can also be a moving time for parents. Many of the family's established habits change, the child begins to go its own way and new relationships enter into the family system. This transitional period of changes can be accompanied by many questions: What can I do to make my child feel comfortable in external care? How will they react when I leave them and what emotions might I experience myself in this situation?
The group coaching is aimed at offering parents the opportunity to discuss their conderns and challenges with other parents who are currently going through the same phase. You will receive some helpful pointers for what to watch out for as well. The group coaching will be led by a coach who has worked at a day-care facility and conducted settling-in processes for many years, also collaborating with the inventor of the Berlin settling-in modell.
