Mindfulness practices can not only serve as a restorative element for the holistic relaxation of body, mind and soul, but can also sustainably contribute to our health in the long term.

In this group coaching you have the opportunity to try out various guided exercises and receive support in establishing something that works for you. You will benefit from the structure and regularity of our meetings over the space of four weeks as well as the support of the group setting where you have the chance to exchange with others.
