Chronic illnesses such as diabetes, rheumatism, depression or chronic pain can severely affect the performance and well-being of employees. Empathetic and structured leadership is crucial to support those affected and strengthen team integration. This group coaching offers:
Tips for trustful communication, approaches for flexible working models and task adaptation, relevant legal and organizational basics, strategies for long-term motivation and integration.
The group coaching is designed to be interactive and practice-oriented. In addition to short knowledge impulses, there will be room for the exchange of experiences and best practices. This workshop is aimed at managers and HR managers who support employees with chronic illnesses or want to create an inclusive workplace. Following the group coaching session, you can arrange two individual coaching sessions.
