We live in turbulent times and our society seems deeply divided on issues such as war, migration, climate change, gender or vaccination. If polarization does not stop at family and friendships, then this naturally also applies to the world of work: conflicts and differences of opinion can put a strain on the working atmosphere and the mood in the team, so how is good cooperation still possible?

When exclusionary or derogatory statements are made, we are often speechless. Instinctively, we either go on the attack or say nothing. We often lack the strength or the communicative means to say something back without being divisive.
