When Angelina Boerger was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of almost 30, her "otherness" suddenly made sense. In her talk, she humorously and honestly describes what ADHD means in everyday life: creative highs, sensory overload, and exhaustion. She shows the strengths that neurodivergent thinking can bring when it is recognized and supported: focus in enthusiasm, extraordinary ideas, empathy, and unconventional problem-solving.

At the same time, she speaks openly about the downsides, such as prejudice, stigmatization, and discrimination, which can lead to suffering, misdiagnosis, and health consequences. Boerger invites us to see ADHD and autism as natural human diversity—not as "wrong" or "broken." Her talk is aimed at anyone who wants to better understand neurodivergent people and make workplaces more inclusive.
