Emergencies do not announce themselves, so the employees of our cooperation companies in Karlsruhe have the option of having their children aged between approx. 12 weeks and approx. 12 years looked after in our back-up facility at the Karibu Kids childcare center if regular childcare is unavailable.

Our back-up support is available free of charge to the employees of our contractual partners. The conditions of use and the number of days provided depend on the contract that your employer has concluded with pme Familienservice . If you have any questions, please contact us or your HR department.

The Back-up children are looked after by Karibu Kids educational staff (supplemented by flexible childcare staff if required).

The Karibu Kids facility, where the back-up care usually takes place, is located in the Rossweide industrial estate in Hagsfeld. The children have an outdoor area to play in, and there is also a large forest and meadow area nearby. Limited parking spaces are available for parents.

Nutrition

The Karibu Kids are supplied daily by "apetito" (hot delivery). Children bring their own breakfast. Drinks, hot lunch and snacks are served in the afternoon and, if necessary, a small evening meal if childcare is required for longer.
