"Linde GmbH has been working successfully with pme Familienservice GmbH since 2017. The challenge was to arrange BEM meetings, which were to take place at our many locations in Germany in an employee-friendly manner, with a central HR department. Together, we developed and implemented a good concept that enables us to cover BEM meetings throughout Germany with the professionally qualified case managers from pme Familienservice ."

Group coaching on emotional eating - when food doesn't fill you up

Topic:

In our fast-paced, top-heavy world, many people have lost touch with their own bodies. Eating is less and less a reaction to the body signal "hunger" and more and more often an emotional decision. Almost everyone knows that we reach for food when we are stressed, bored or sad. Emotional eating occurs when it is not the body but the psyche that calls for food. Together in the group, we look at how the issue of emotional eating affects each individual and what methods there are to deal with it. The group coaching is an interactive format. A short impulse is followed by a moderated, joint exchange of experiences. You will also receive access to our e-learning "Emotional Eating", in which playful tasks await you from appointment to appointment.

Speakers are Kirsten Schreiber, Nutritional Sciences (M.Sc.) and Giannina Schmelling, Nutritional Therapy (M.Sc.). Both are certified nutritionists.
