"Linde GmbH has been working successfully with pme Familienservice GmbH since 2017. The challenge was to arrange BEM meetings, which were to take place at our many locations in Germany in an employee-friendly manner, with a central HR department. Together, we developed and implemented a good concept that enables us to cover BEM meetings throughout Germany with the professionally qualified case managers from pme Familienservice ."

Intuitive eating – eating with feeling and training mindfulness

Topic:

Nutrition has a central influence on health, well-being, and performance. In this lecture, you will learn how emotions influence our eating habits. It is not uncommon for us to eat out of joy, anger, or sadness. However, eating does not solve problems. That is why you should separate your emotions from eating. It should not be a reward or a punishment. Eating is not just about filling yourself up. If you only eat to fill yourself up, you may end up feeling dissatisfied. And satisfaction plays a key role in our food intake. In this lecture, you will learn how you can return to intuitive eating habits with greater mindfulness.
