AI Will Survive – The Future of Our Health?

Artificial intelligence is everywhere, both at work and in everyday life. It can make life easier—but it can also cause stress and anxiety about the future.

Health Day shows you how to stay resilient, listen to your body, and maintain your physical, mental, and emotional well-being—and how to use AI in a way that supports your health rather than causing additional stress.

New in 2026: Health Week

Since one day is often not enough, Health Day is part of Health Week 2026: a comprehensive package featuring short, practical activities focused on exercise, education, and sharing, including a two-week live challenge and an accompanying community.

Health Week + Health Day = The Complete Health Package for Your Employees.

She didn’t learn to swim until she was 13, and despite a hereditary retinal condition that has left her with only about 2% of her vision today, she fought her way to the top of the world in the pool. After winning Paralympic gold in Tokyo and being diagnosed with a brain tumor, she claimed another World Championship gold in 2023 and defended her Paralympic title in the 100-meter breaststroke in 2024. Following the birth of her son, she has a clear goal: her fifth Paralympic Games in 2028.

in everyday life. She encourages people to be more mindful of their perceptions and to trust their inner voice.
