Day nursery in Hanau

We like to spend a lot of time with the children in our beautiful and green outdoor area and go on excursions to the nearby playgrounds and into the forest.

We place particular emphasis on independence, language development, artistic and creative support and our movement concept, which is based on Emmi Pikler and Elfriede Hengstenberg.

We obtain our lunch from a regional caterer. We attach great importance to variety and also take special dietary requirements into account, e.g. vegetarian or dietary food for allergies.

We work together with the MKK youth dental care working group, implement the "5 stars for healthy teeth" concept and have been certified as an "all-round healthy nursery" since 2015.

With our protection concept, we take into account the child's right to a non-violent upbringing in the family and at childcare center .

The focus is on the children and their needs and interests. They learn when they feel safe and secure and can try things out independently and freely.

We teach children to enjoy meals and awaken their interest in different dishes and foods.

The "Umikids" can observe changing leaves in the terrarium and pick them up. In contact with animals, children blossom and learn empathy and a sense of responsibility.
