pme receives "Top Brand Corporate Health 2021"
The pme Familienservice Group is strengthening its position as an innovative and competent provider of occupational health management. The work-life balance pioneer offers its customers new and varied digital services. The pme Familienservice Group is awarded the "Top Brand Corporate Health 2021" quality seal by EUPD Research for its commitment to promoting the health of employees at more than 900 employers.
The pandemic is putting a strain on employees' health
The year 2020 was dominated by the coronavirus pandemic and presented employers in all sectors with immense challenges. In addition to maintaining or realigning the core business, health protection and HR issues were at the top of the agenda. The contact restrictions put a strain on many employees in companies. Depressive moods, burnout and lack of exercise in particular are currently on the rise. Health promotion offers are therefore particularly important for prevention in these times.
"We quickly realized how important physical and mental health is in times of Covid-19. Helping our employees and customers to not only feel productive, but also comfortable, seen and heard, is our top priority," explains psychologist and pme-BGM expert Sarah Morzinek.
Health-promoting formats in times of home office and social distancing
Many employees are currently working from home and need a flexible alternative to the gym, the lack of commuting and face-to-face meetings. But new times call for new formats: Under the motto "Health. Together. Strengthened." the pme Familienservice Group is offering a digital health day for its business customers on 23.03.2021.
Exciting presentations and interactive hands-on sessions on the topics of mental health, nutrition, exercise and relaxation await. There will also be valuable speaker impulses from prominent guests such as former ski jumper Sven Hannawald, Teresa Enke from the Robert Enke Foundation, BGM Pope Volker Nürnberg and comedian and wheelchair basketball player Tan Caglar.
"The exciting thing about the digital health day is that, for the first time, it is not company-specific, but every company has the opportunity to take part. Thanks to the barrier-free access of the dial-in link, you can do something good for yourself for 4 hours with just one click. And if you don't have time due to appointments, the recording will be available for another 14 days," explains Morzinek.
In spring 2020, the online yoga courses were already very popular with customers. The work-life provider is planning to launch further new online formats in fall 2021.
"Over the next 5 years, we will establish ourselves as the highest quality OHM provider on the German market. We are rethinking BGM and venturing into an exciting variety of topics," Morzinek is convinced.
Award for multifaceted commitment to occupational health management
A highly qualified team of pme experts moderates a holistic OHM from analysis to evaluation and offers advice, courses and a wide range of events on all health-related issues. With a broad repertoire of training, coaching and support services, pme Familienservice helps users to master the high demands of the modern working world and strengthen their confidence in their own abilities.
This enabled the pme Familienservice Group to stand out from thousands of service providers and receive the "Top Brand Corporate Health 2021" quality mark. Steffen Klink, Management at EUPD Research and Director Top Brand Corporate Health congratulates: "I am delighted to present the pme Familienservice Group with the award as one of Germany's best service providers. As a work-life pioneer, its structure and broad portfolio were convincing across the board."
Corporate Health Award as a mark of quality among service providers on the market
The market research, analysis and certification institute EUPD had already begun the analysis in March 2020. Based on practice-oriented assessments of the 100 best employers with their own audited corporate health management and the "Top Brand - Corporate Health" expert advisory board appointed in 2020, which is made up of Germany's leading corporate health experts, numerous service providers in the extended BGM were nominated for the award in August 2020. The service providers that qualified for an audit were those that were rated with a school grade of 2.5 or better in the model dimensions "Quality of employees", "Quality of services", "Appropriate cost structure" and "Likelihood of recommendation".
Of the more than 200 nominees, 58 service providers were able to prove themselves in an audit conducted by BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft under the direction of Prof. Dr. Volker Nürnberg from October to December and are now among the best service providers in Germany in the corporate health market recommended by practitioners.
Prof. Dr. Volker Nürnberg states: "Even though we also asked about structural criteria to ensure the resilience of service providers in the audit, we are not aiming to create a new DIN standard. The aim is to share the assessment and know-how of successful corporate health experts with other employers and their healthcare managers in order to make their work easier when looking for service providers by providing a nationwide quality feature."
