Bavaria's most family-friendly companies wanted!
The Successful Family Friendly competition is taking place for the 5th time. The pme Familienservice has been the competition office since 2019.
Companies based or operating in Bavaria can register for the Successful.family-friendly competition until July 31, 2024. The pme Familienservice has been responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the competition since 2019.
Family-friendliness is a decisive success factor for companies of all sizes and in all sectors. A family-friendly HR policy supports the recruitment of employees - especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers. It increases the job satisfaction of employees and contributes to a healthy work-life balance. For this reason, the Family Pact was launched with the aim of promoting work-life balance in Bavarian companies.
As part of the Family Pact, the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy (StMWi), together with the Bavarian State Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Affairs (StMAS), awards Bavaria's most family-friendly companies with the "Successful.Family-Friendly" prize. The prize is awarded every two years.
The aim of the competition is to emphasize the advantages of a family-friendly company policy for the image, success and generation of skilled workers of companies and thus to anchor a family-friendly corporate culture (among company management, executives, employees) and family-friendly personnel measures even more firmly in companies and the public. The award-winning companies should be role models for this.
Until July 31, 2024, companies based or operating in Bavaria can register for the Successful.family-friendly competition and present their family-friendly measures in a questionnaire.
