The quality of a vacation program starts with the childcare staff. We select our vacation supervisors according to uniform quality standards. These include a personal interview, a detailed CV, references, proof of good health and a police clearance certificate. All of our childcare staff are at least 18 years old and have sound experience in working with children and young people. They receive regular training for their work in our vacation team, including first aid courses, and a wide range of further training opportunities with different educational focuses.

The supervision team is led by a pedagogical specialist or a supervisor with several years of experience in running vacation programs for pme Familienservice GmbH.

With an age-appropriate supervision ratio, we ensure that children of all ages feel comfortable and secure with us. The following childcare ratio applies as a high-quality standard for our vacation programs:
3 to 6 years = 1 supervisor for 5 children
6 to 12 years = 1 supervisor for 6 children

Great experiences make you hungry and thirsty. That's why we offer all children a balanced selection of healthy, fresh and tasty food and drinks throughout the day during the vacation care program.
The pme Familienservice is liable during the vacation care in accordance with the statutory provisions and takes out liability and accident insurance for all participants for the duration of the vacation program.

It is very important to us to constantly improve the quality of our vacation programs. That's why we conduct an anonymous satisfaction survey with parents at the end of each vacation program using an online procedure.
